RealtorForge.ai (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy and giving you full control over your personal data. This Data Deletion Policy explains our practices regarding data retention and deletion.
Data We Collect and Store
We collect and securely store:
- Account information (name, email, phone number, profile photo)
- Property projects, uploaded listing photos, generated marketing content (MLS descriptions, social posts, emails, video scripts, landing pages)
- Usage data and subscription/payment information (processed securely via Stripe)
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit and protected by industry-standard security measures.
Data Retention
We retain your data only for as long as your account remains active or as required by law. Once you delete your account or request deletion of specific data, we will permanently delete or anonymize it within 30 days.
Your Right to Delete Data
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time:
- Go to Settings → Accountand click “Delete Account”
- Or email us at admin@realtorforge.ai
Upon account deletion:
- Your account, all projects, uploaded photos, generated content, and personal information will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our active systems.
- We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
What Happens When You Leave the Service
When your account is deleted or you stop using the service:
- All personal data is removed from our active databases.
- Backups containing your data are purged within 30 days.
- We retain only anonymized, aggregated usage statistics that cannot be linked back to any individual user.
Data Security
We follow industry-leading security practices, including encryption, strict access controls, regular security audits, and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws.
