Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Account information: full name, email address, password (stored as hash), phone number (optional)
- Property data: addresses, descriptions, photos you upload, key features, selected tone/style
- Generated content: MLS descriptions, social media posts, email campaigns, video scripts, neighborhood guides, staging suggestions, etc.
- Payment information: processed securely via Stripe (we never store full credit card details)
- Social media connections: OAuth tokens for Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter) if you choose to connect them for direct posting
Automatically Collected Information
- Usage data: projects created, features used, AI generations performed
- Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, access times
- Analytics: how you interact with the platform (via privacy-friendly tools)
AI-Specific Data
Photos and text you upload are temporarily analyzed by our AI models (Grok) to generate marketing content. We do not train our models on your private data without explicit consent.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service (generate marketing materials, store your projects, enable direct social posting)
- Process payments and manage subscriptions/trials
- Personalize your experience (Personal Style RAG feature on Pro/Teams plans)
- Ensure Fair Housing compliance and prevent discriminatory language
- Send important service updates and support messages
- Analyze usage to improve our AI and platform
- Comply with legal obligations
We never sell your personal data or uploaded property photos to third parties.
How We Share Your Information
We only share data in limited situations:
- With service providers (Supabase for database/storage, Stripe for payments, Grok/xAI for AI processing) under strict data-processing agreements
- With your connected social media accounts only when you explicitly click “Post to Facebook/Instagram/X”
- If required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of RealtorForge or others
We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Security
We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your data:
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest
- Secure Supabase infrastructure with Row-Level Security (RLS)
- Access limited to necessary personnel only
- Regular security audits and updates
However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your password and account credentials confidential.
Data Retention
- We keep your account and projects as long as your account is active.
- After you delete your account (via Admin or self-service request), we permanently delete all your data within 30 days.
- Anonymized usage statistics may be kept longer for product improvement.
Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data
- Request a full export of your projects and generated content
- Withdraw consent for social media connections
- Opt out of non-essential communications
- Request deletion of your entire account and all associated data
