What counts as one listing?

One listing = one time you hit the Forge button for a property. Editing, re-exporting, or adding to your Library doesn't count against your limit.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You can try the full product free with no card required — and the /try demo needs no account at all. You'll only be asked for payment when you choose to upgrade.

What's the difference between Copy and Move to Workspace?

Copy duplicates your listing into the workspace while keeping the original in your private projects. Move transfers the original — it's no longer private. Both keep all content and photos intact.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your settings.

What is Personal Style RAG?

RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) lets you upload 3–5 of your past listing descriptions. We embed your writing style as vectors so every new listing sounds authentically like you. Available on Pro and Teams.

Does the content follow Fair Housing guidelines?

Every generation passes through our Fair Housing guardrails on all plans, and each asset is a draft you review before publishing. The guardrails flag protected-class language before it reaches a client — but the final compliance check is always yours.

How many people can be in a Teams workspace?

Up to 5 team members per workspace. Each member gets full access to shared listings, can forge new content, and sees notifications in real time.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, no contracts. Cancel from your settings at any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
