Terms of Service

Definitions

• “User”, “you”, “your” means the individual or entity using the Service.
• “User Content” means any photos, property details, text, or other materials you upload.
• “Generated Content” means any MLS descriptions, social media posts, emails, video scripts, neighborhood guides, staging suggestions, or other materials created by our AI.
• “Subscription” means any paid plan (Starter, Pro, or Teams).

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

User Content and Generated Content

• You retain ownership of all User Content you upload.
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access, store, process, and analyze your User Content solely to provide the Service.
• You retain ownership of Generated Content, but you are solely responsible for reviewing it before use. We do not guarantee its accuracy, legality, or compliance with local regulations.
• We do not claim any ownership rights in your User Content or Generated Content.

License to Use the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service during your active subscription or trial.

Payments and Subscriptions

• All pricing is listed on our Pricing page and is subject to change with notice.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe.
• Refund Policy: No refunds are provided for partial months or unused portions of a subscription.
• Annual Agreements: Annual subscriptions may only be terminated early under special circumstances (such as material breach by RealtorForge). Early termination of an annual plan is not guaranteed and is at our sole discretion. No refunds will be issued for early cancellation of annual plans unless required by law.
• Free trials are available for 7 days. We will notify you before your trial ends.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual Property

All software, AI models, designs, logos, and other materials in the Service are owned by RealtorForge or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service.

Prohibited Conduct

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination or deletion, we will permanently delete your data within 30 days (see our Privacy Policy).

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the Service or any Generated Content will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully compliant with all laws. You use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RealtorForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RealtorForge harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after the new effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
